Yeah, the price Jim quoted me was a lot better than the BMW dealerships in around Seattle. In fact, the CA i talked to in Seattle actually lied to me and told me it was possible to order a MY2014 F31 now and put my desired ED pick-up date in. The MY2014 F31's pricing guide has not been released and it's not even in their system to allow them to order!

Okay, get this: In response to my email inquiry to BMW Portland for a quote on the F31 wagon last Saturday, a salesman replied that the car was not only unavailable to order but would not go into production until late summer and that the price lists, options, and car specifics had not yet been released... I couldn't believe it! How could a BMW salesman be so poorly informed? I took the opportunity to educate him and offered to send the widely distributed information on F31 prices, options, production, etc. to HIM. He then replied that, yes, the car could be ordered and quoted me a price, but by then, of course, I had lost confidence in his capacity to deliver and was a bit relieved that his price was high, making my decision to buy from BMW of Salem that much easier.

Just got my production order number, called the 800 number and it is in production and has been since 03/14, said it will be done on 03/23.......

Just depends how long it is before my dealer can get another allocation. I missed out on their first one by ONE DAY because I dragged my feet on going in and meeting with my CA.

Well I will keep my fingers crossed for your sake, I wouldn't image it being much longer though. I just hope I chose the right color, I know space grey would have been perfect

I just talked to my dealer. I ordered my F31 on March 6, and it went into production this morning. Can't wait!

I paid a little over 1 percent over invoice, which I didn't think was too bad considering its newness, etc.

Wow! So you guys all ordered the new F31 wagon? I ordered mine on the 9th but still no production date. Seems to only be a few days behind those that are getting theirs.

I ordered mine on 03/04 and my dealer had an allocation slot waiting for me. It went into production on the 14th and said it will be built by the 23rd.
