Tire size advice needed

So I'm awaiting my 2016 F30 Msport which should be getting to my dealer the first week of January. It comes with 18 inch 400 M style rims. I want to upgrade to black 19 inch rims.
One shop is saying I should go with this tire size
19x8.5 235/35/19
19x9.5 265/30/19

And the other is saying

19x8.5 245/35/19
19x9.5 275/30/19

What do you guys think?? I know the 245 and 275 tires are a little wider but the side wall increases a tad as well. Of course each shop is telling me the other is too small/too big for my car. Please advise. Thanks in advance

It will also depend on the offsets of the wheels. We generally recommend 19x8.5 ET35 in the front with a 235/35/19 tire and 19x9.5 ET45 in the rear with a 265/30/19 tire. You can run 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, but depending on your offsets, those widths may be aggressive and require a roll of the fenders.

The offset of the rims I'm looking at is 35 front and back. I don't know anything about offset so will that still look ok with the 265 in the rear?

So is the higher the offset number the more pushed in the rims are? Is that how it works?

I need similar help, too.
My wheels are 19*8.5 ET32 and 19*10 ET3"45, and im running 235/35, 265/30 now. But im questioning is it better running with 265/35/19 or 275/30/19?

I'd go with the 1st option, im running that setup as well

also might want to check your %error for your speedometer difference, don't wanna be too far off
