I did the 6NK, right click ECU, code and it coded the entire car but still nothing...maybe something to do with my token.

This is a hit or miss proposition. Sometimes you can get away with just adding CAFD file from new PSDZData version to older PSDdZData version's CAFD library, and other times you can't. It all depends on the specific CAFD file, and if it also has dependencies on other binaries (.jar, .dll. etc.) in the new version. If it does, it will not work in the old PSdZData version.

No. You need an ICOM Interface or ICOM Emulator VM.

It's used to add or remove option codes on your car.

For example, for people with a combox, but no enhanced BT, you can change the VO 6NH code to 6NK and VO code the HU_CIC and CMB_MEDIA ECUs to enable it. That will also enable the use of the white iPhone cable instead of requiring the Y-cable.

You can't just add any old code though as the ECU software still requires the car to have the hardware it is enabling. Some codes (like 6NR - BMW Apps) also require an FSC (security) code before the function will become available and the FSC codes can be expensive.

Hey all I am looking for a code to keep the fog lights on even when high beams are on, also a code for the fog lights to automatically come on with the switch in the auto position.

Hey Shawn , Im also new to the crowd...I absolutely love my new 328 Sportline...love driving it and look forward to it everyday..
But I hate the ASS feature and would like to tweak a few things, like get rid of the nag screens...
When I asked the dealership how long it would take to change the ASS to last state they stated it would be from 2.5 to 4 hours...why did they state it would be this long ????

Also can you send me the link(s) to get started..thanks in advance

Because one, when your bring your car to the dealer, even with a scheculed appointment, your car usually sits around for hours before the bring it back in the bay and actually begin work on it. Second, they can't FDL Code, that is to say the cannot make only individual Function Data Line changes, rather they can only program the entire car with ISAT/P, and that takes a couple hours.

I can't connect the VM with ICOM emulator to ZGW.
That VM has two network adapters.
One is connected to VMnet2 with IP 169.254.247.242.
Second has IP 192.168.68.128 and is connected to bridge.

ZGWsearch doesn't see the ZGW.
Ping to ZGW address 169.254.42.77 doesn/t work.

How I have to configure the second network adapter to connect VM and ICOM emulator to the ZGW?

Sorry, but I do not. I have actual ICOM, so I do not use the Emulator.

Which version are you running? After launch, are you reverting to the Snapshot to bypass the Dongle check?

Yes, after launch I run the snapshot "ENET start".

I have ICOM connector v.1.2.


UPD.
I tryed to set other IP addresses to second netwirk adapter but trere is no connect to ZGW.
- obtained from network
- equal IP of real network apapter
- IP from the same net as real network adapter ( in that case ping to ZGW works)

That is a very early version of ICOM Emulator. You need to try an find 3.0.3.

Look at this Guide here:

It is for Ops Head, but it should be the same for ENET except pick ENET.
