Nothing on your website. I've always been a fan of your systems, loved my E90M3s full catless signature system with NCCs back in the day.

Getting my JB4 with Bluetooth on Friday and taking it to my friends shop at 10am to get it put in and have him show me how to properly then going to BMW dealer to get dinan exhaust put on. Will they have any reason to check it or will I be ok putting it in Map 0? Intake on the way as well! Also any tips anything mentioned? Maps to use etc? I hear you shouldn't switch maps often to more or less set and leave it alone unless there is a specific reason to change it any truth to that?

Shout out to Mike@x-ph for great pricing, quick responses to question and getting orders out within minutes of ordering (insane).

Common sense would dictate you have the BMW dealer put the exhaust on first and then go get the JB4 put on.

Thank you!!

They should not give you any hard time since you are not taking the car for a repair but i recommend you wait for them to install the exhaust then instal the JB4

I just put it in myself with the Bluetooth kit it was super easy took like 45 minutes and another 10 for the Bluetooth I can't get the darn box to close all the way with the Bluetooth plugged in I tried for like 15 minutes I think the case is too small on the B58 JB4. Runs great love the app though.

you have to remove the grey casing from the DB9 connector on the BT module so it fits in the weather tight box.

thanks for the tip! That's the reason it won't close so it makes sense.

On my 328i I had AA tune, intake, exhaust + mid pipe and they didn't say anything. Brought it in for maintenance throughout the course of warranty.

I'm sure they take note even if they do nothing about it at the time. When it is time to go in for some type of warranty work for something that broke they'll call you out on it potentially.

I'm mostly talking about the JB4. Something hardware related like an exhaust isn't a big deal

Another cool feature just added to the JB4. A startup gauge sweep.

I don't think any dealer would actually look or care about a downpipes when going in for an oil change.

They actually do because most people don't know that catless downpipe is only used for off road. You could get a hefty fine if you are caught driving on the city streets.

You must be from Cali

In Cali you are probably correct. I hear they have road side checks there for exhaust mods.

I agree with you that it's the right thing to do. I took it in after the install I unplugged the obd2 and tucked it, put it in map 0 they did plug in to just do a quick diagnostic before doing the install I think they pretty much do it every time you bring in it. They had no idea I had a tune on. Since it was a muffler install I left it in. If it was for engine maintenance where they'd be under the hood I'd def take it out though.
