N20/26 pure stage 2 turbo
Hey guys, is anyone out there running the pure stage 2 turbo on their n20 or n26? Wanted to see how much power you guys are making with the turbo and other mods and how the reliability is. Thanks in advance for the answers.

I just installed my Hexon Stage 2 on my n20 this weekend. It was a real mission of a job. Took me two full days, but then I did take my time and made sure to torque everything by the book. The manual was a real help, definitely get one if you take this job on yourself. Oh and you will absolutely need a second pair of hands at several points during the teardown and reassembly of the Turbo manifold assembly to the head.
Here is a guy in Brazil that made 380HP safely. http://www.***********.com/showthread.php?78812-BMW-N20-turbo-2-0-liter-motor-not-made-out-of-glass-380-whp-from-Pure-Turbos-Stage-2-N20-turbocharger-upgrade |

I just had my Pure Stage 2 installed a few days ago. Have not had time to get it to the dyno. Have a few mods on the car JB4, watermeth, ER cat-less down pipe and FMIC with milltek exhaust. Currently everything is running smooth.

@702Boosted nice man!
Interested to hear how you setup the watermeth. What nozzle size you use and how you control it? Be very careful running without a back end flash. Another guy blew his motor running a relatively low map on JB4. In addition to the Hexon Stage 2 Turbo, I also Have these mods: AFE Momentum intake, ER Chargepipes (both sides), ATM FMIC, GFB DV+, ER Catted Down pipe, Fuel-It LPFP (ready for over the top fueling) & M3 spark plugs Can't wait to get tuning!! |

@Joe_E not making that just yet man. Lots of time still to be spent on the Dyno.
I'm confident I will make 300HP to the wheels to start with, but from there it's likely to be slow going. The Brazilian car makes 380HP with FBO, Stage 2 Turbo and I believe also Port Injection for over the top fueling. Plus they have E100 flex fuel that's like 110 Octane, so they can get much high boost. I expect with additional fueling I will make over 350HP. We will see... Here is the source of the info I've seen on the Brazilian car. http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41925 |

Works great. I had to make an adjustment to my turbo side ER Chargepipe for everything to fit perfectly. Temperatures are definitely better and flow is great with the Stage2 Turbo.
