Please help.

problem: I get an error when trying to flash ECUs. problem is: "FA must not be null when trying to execute a tal containing coding transactions". Screen shot attached.
I have read the FA and read the VIN so that is not the problem.

I have successfully coded HU_CIC with this setup just minutes later.

What I have done and am using:

• car is a 2012 BMW 328i sedan F30 with the N20B20 engine
• I have an ENET cable. I can connect to the car both in INPA+ and in E-sys (so cable seems fine)
• I have installed: (INPA+, ediabas, etc.) E-sys 3.27.1, E-Sys Launcher Premium 2.7.1_B135, v.63.1_PSdZData_Full
• I have a 50Amp charger on my battery - have no problem with voltage or keeping ignition alive.
• I have selected F030 in E-sys Launcher when installed .
• TargetSelector when connecting: Project=F020_17_11_521, VehicleInfo=F020 connection via VIN. Next pop-up I selected: F030 series and I-step shipment (which was read) F020-12-03-503 -> Connection Established [G168]
• I was able to code (successfully) the HU_CIC module
• I created SVT current, SVT future, TAL using Comfort mode
• in TAL-Processing, I have loaded the TAL, the future SVT, clicked on Read-FA, then on Read VIN.
• in the ECU matrix I have only blFlash, swDeploy, cdDeploy, and ibaDeploy columns checked (I have also tried just to update one module - same result).
• Check Software Ability comes back happy.
• a few seconds after clicking "Start" I get the error (as shown in the screen shot).

What am I doing wrong?

Flashing does not require Launcher.
