ECO Credit for 328d

I've been stalking this car for a while now, and am excited that pricing is finally out! $45k, as optioned the way I want it, is starting to get spendy (for me). Is there a chance that BMW will announce an ECO Credit for this car?

I'm not talking the federal program, just the BMW sponsored one.
