bluetooth troubles

Up until yesterday the bluetooth was working fine for some reason it unpaired my phone and ive tried pairing it again but it wont work. Any idea what to do?

Weird, the exact same thing happened to me yesterday too. I switched off/on bluetooth on my phone, then it went back to normal.

Delete the car profile from the phone and delete the phone profile from the car and try pairing again. You might also want to reboot your phone and the iDrive (press and hold the volume button for 30 seconds).

If that doesn't work, does bluetooth work on your phone with another bluetooth device (ear piece, etc). Does bluetooth work on the car with a different phone?

You need to find out if it's the phone, or the car causing the problem.

Had the same issue yesterday! I just went into the Bluetooth setting and had to re-check the box. Picked it right up.

if that don't work, the dealer will be glad to help. I brought mine back with my iPhone and my salesman did it for me and said come back with any problems and he would be glad to help.
