BBS Center Cap Removal Without Pulling Wheels

Hello All,

Now I know how simple it is to remove the center caps on BMWs and BBS Wheels. Yet I am looking to remove these while still on the car. I dont want to damage them either.

I mean heck if I cant remove while there on then it is what it is.

Never had BBS, but I'd try a similar sized suction cup for removal.

My BBS center caps have a metal spring ring on the inside which hold them in place. I don't think you will be able to remove them without removing the wheels.

My Audi wheel center caps had metal springs, removed with suction cup the wife uses to hang wreaths from our front door. It works.

I tried pushing one out from the back without removing the spring and nothing happened.

I've used industrial strength 3m Velcro tape to pull them off. Fold a strip in the middle to create a handle. Make two of them. Wipe center cap with alcohol to get clean contact. Pull hard!

There is a tool for removing gu10 bulbs, it's a little suction cup and costs a couple of quid.

Google it, there are quite a few to choose from
