Best brake pads for MPerf BBK
Hi Guys,
Can you help me and suggest some brake pads that you have used on your car and can recommend. I have MPerf brake kit. If you have part number that would help significantly. |

Very little - not down to the level of ceramic pads (which is low & usually very light in color), but no where near OEM pads. My wheels are black so even at that the dust doesn't show up so well
I had the CoolCarbon ceramic pads with all new rotors prior to the R4S and for stopping power they sucked + after a couple thousand miles they started to make noise on light braking & groaning upon braking in reverse On my previous BMW I used the Akebono Ceramic pads & never had a problem with these issues, but unfortunately, they don't make them for my app You'll never get the stopping power with a set of ceramics that you get with the Porterfields

Centric Posi Quiet Semi-metallic is good for me. Part no. Front 104.16090 rear 104.16560. From my experience performance is on par to oem but less dust and more quiet. It’s very cheap.

I run the stock M3/M4 brake pads in my M Sport Brake Option. Does not squeal in the spring, summer, or fall, and is track worthy in B run groups. The only downside is that it dusts a lot.
