I was able to add multiple rebate such as a 2500$ cash purchase rebate, 1000$ loyalty rebate and a 8060$ demo rebate.

did that have any warranties added? i have that same package with 4 year tire and appearance package. with 19" rim upgrade, coral red seats, premium, connected drive, perf package, picked up car on June 20th paid 64 out the door (2014 though)

That's a crazy deal. Black Sapphire is an $895 option on the 435i xDrive....you cannot get Jet Black at no cost...regardless that is a VERY low price.

who will get the deposit at lease end ?

this must be a customized lease with such low mileage. Based on what you indicated, you can basically drive 1000km per month for the remaining lease. If you go over, then it would be $.15 per km (see the lease agreement for true #) and if this average per month allowance is not enough, then you may get penalized big time

who will pay for lease transfer fee and vehicle inspection fee and fix any unwarranted items in the car prior to transfer ?

When you guys say 0 down on leased cars, do you roll the freight/pdi and all other new car costs into the monthly payments? Or you pay those up front?

^ all depends what the customer wants. Typically, dealer will want this fees due on delivery if customer has no input. If not, then these fees will add about $90 onto the monthly payment, assuming it's 36 months lease.
