Fantastic looking interiors guys, thanks for sharing. I need this kit in my pending 335d touring. Does it come as a complete kit? If so, does anyone have the details of the part number/s i need to order please. For the Uk i might add.
Thanks in advance.

I assume you have RHD in the UK. If so, the part no. is 51952250264 near as I can tell.

It is a complete kit in that it includes 4 door pulls, the center trim around the idrive knob, the center dash trim, and in your case, the right vent trim.

Some of the pics here have the new brake handle and boot and the gear shift trim and knob which are sold separately.

Thank you Ali,
Much appreciated, I've managed to track them down now. Looking at £1000 which includes the 7 piece kit, gear knob and gaiter. It's about another £400 for the handbrake lever gaiter and armrest. Those are all fitted prices. Yes R/H drive here in the UK.

Kit now ordered...

Retails for about 1K but I found mine on ebay for 7XX from a reputable BMW dealer. You can find them on many sites though, like here:

I will be selling mine, but you are a little too far away from the UK. Sorry.

Hi I have order full set of M Perf interior trim and want to do the swap on my own, just for fun. Read the thread and found some good tips. However I cannot find tips for DIY for the trim part underneath the gear lever. Has anyone done the swap for that part? How do you take out the old part?

I assume you mean the chrome trim? You can put a trim removal tool under it and pop it off. It will come with the surrounding black plastic trim but can be unscrewed. Very straight-forward

Is the gear shifter CF trim glossy or is it the same "dry" look like the rest of the dash kit?

The gear shifter has dry look. You can feel the pattern. In attachment mine, just installed it last week.

Was surprised how easy it was to change the whole trim, took ~40 min.

The funny part was that my dealer quoted 8,5 hours for the trim change.

Is the outer edge of the shifter trim Alcantara like the upper dash piece?

The Alcantara on the trim piece below gear lever is the same as on the dash.

Not to resurrect an old post, but for those who have replaced their door handles, how did you end up installing it? I've tried to clip the bottom first and of course the top clip does not fit and if I try to clip the top, the angle of the clip is such a way that it's impossible for me to get the clip to hook on to the plastic handle on the door.

The dealer did end up ordering a replacement trim but still waiting and that ill-fitting trim on my door is driving me nuts.

There's a used one being sold on the classifieds section for about $640

p.s. For those who were having problems with the kit not fitting properly on the idrive controller portion, was the problem resolved?
