It's on all three of our line cars with navigation - sport, modern and Luxury.

Thanks- it was not that way and I was told it would be on sport only when I drove them this fall. BMW did the same thing with the F20 at roll out, and in some markets it was an adder. Have they made unit adjustments?

Need to get Nav in the US.

They have different software versions but it is market dependent.

For US-spec F30's, it's ZTP (big screen) or no ZTP (small screen). There is no in between. So it seems you would need ZTP to see the Sportanzeige.

So what else is different between navigation and non-navigation? It seems that it's more than just the screen size and the navigation...

That's what I thought as well, that it would not be on US cars but I guess if we have to believe the others, it will be there. Oh well, if it's there, it's there and if not, that's ok too =)

It's my understanding early units shipped to the US have metric units but they will switch to their English equivalents as part of a production change. Not sure if they have yet or not. Don't know if they will go back and update the early cars either. As has been stated, how hard would it have been to make the units of measure selectable....probably not that hard!

Not sure if true but I've heard it was all a setting, similar as the setting for your mileage and such in the system.

Not true-though you do access the display via settings... And it is not storable via presets but you can call it up via voice commands.
