I am currently drive a BMW F20 europe spec.
My Aftermarket wheel from Rays Engineering is as of; https://www.rayswheels.co.jp/product...g=en&wheel=G25 Front: 18*8 offset 45. Rear 18*9 offset 50. I am going to buy a BMW F30 europe spec and i want to bring my current set of wheels over for reuse which i believe i need a spacer for it to fit. Base on Rays website listed above for F30, the wheel size for rear is same which will fit but the front size and offset is different. Front: 18*8.5 offset 35 Rear 18*9 offset 50. Can you advise me which spacer size do i need to mount the front wheel for oem fitment? |

oem front wheels are 18x8 ET34. yours is ET45. 10mm will put you at +35 12.5mm spacers at ET32.5. make sure the spacer can fit over a 12mm hub lip, though.
i believe BMS has 10mm with lip spacers that can fit and turner offers "big pad" 10mm spacers with hub extender kit or 12.5mm with lip. of course you need to get extended lugs unless you have a stud kit. i'd just get 10mm |

i am not exactly sure of this, but in the case of G25, 18x8 +45 vs. 18x8.5 +35, both are face-1 so with a 10mm spacer the outer face of the 8" wheel will be at the same flushness as the 8.5" and the inside of the 8.5" will be a 1/2" further in than the inside of the 8".
obviously, the 8.5" can take a wider tire but there is no perceptible diff in flushness. |

you can run a square set of 19x8.5 w/ ET32, if you use 245/35/19 w/o any rubbing or need for spacers.
im currently running a square set of 18x8.5 et 32 on 245/40/18. overall diameter and width is the same as w/ 19's click the link for more info: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1244827&page=2 |

245/35/19, 255/35/19, reduced understeer, tiny stretch on rear tires w/less poke than 265 the RC7 looks nice however since it is low-pressure cast(RC series) it is probably heavy(it looks heavy, imo). i'd consider rotary forged(flow formed) options from Rohana(RF series) or other brands if you don't want to spend as much. however if wheel(and tire) weight doesn't bother you, like it bothers me, plz disregard. niche targa weight is 27.7 & 29.75, similar in weight to the bmw oem 19" 403m and 442m(which are narrower) and heavy(for my standards). i could not find the weight for RC7 but i would guess it would be similar. konig oversteer is a bit lighter for a cast offering. some brands offering low to medium price rotary forged/flow formed wheels are 305Forged, VMR(FF), TSW, Beyern, Advanti, Apex, Sportline, Forgestar and many more. flow formed typically costs between $50-100 more per wheel to reduce between 5-10 lbs/wheel. as with anything else if you shop around you can find find flow formed for just slightly more than a cast, however i'm not sure if they will have a style that you'll like. if you do not want to spend so much the RC7 or Targa will be ok enough |

So i have been looking around and i found Avant Garde m510 silver to look really nice and pretty light weight... but, this offset throws me off every time.
Again, i have a 2013 bmw 328i xdrive N20 Rim size 19' 8.5front 35mm offset 9.5 rear 22mm Can i fit these on an f30 without touching? And what kind of tires would i have to get?sizes Last edited by Pingdot; 07-29-2018 at 02:47 PM.. |

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to fit 255 in the rear at all with those rims? And still loook good...? Or is it too big of a stretch? |
