Thanks for the explanation. These type of laws makes as much sense as the 25 years import law in the US. Any progress on the project ?

So would you be buying a complete donor vehicle to do the transplant? I'd think this is the best way since you would have access to a complete car. That's my line of thinking anyways.

Its amazing that anyone on this forum would ask why or question the idea...if the questioning is just out of curiosity then I understand but questioning negatively makes no sense. Nearly everyone on this forum has done some type of mod to their car. The majority of us on this forum have done significant mods to our cars. Regardless of whether its a lot or a little, its all for the same reason. To personalize our cars the way we want them to look, regardless of whether someone else likes it or not. Preferably we hope the mods we make are appreciated by all but sometimes thats not the case.
The only thing different here, is that he is taking the mods to the most extreme. I personally think that is very, very cool and to watch the transformation unfold is almost as much fun as being the one doing them. The pain for all of us is that it can never be fast enough. The best part will be when its complete and he gets to drive it away with all of that work completed, knowing he has a one of a kind like no other in the world. |
