Hi, I'm going to give the coding a bash tonight. For those who have already coded could help me on the following points:

1. In the E-Sys Installation Document, it says "Hit the Connect Button on E-Sys
Select Target Vehicle (e.g. TargetSelector:Project=F020_12_03_503m VehicleInfo=F020)
NOTE: Target vehicle for F30 is F20!"

Is that correct?

2. The psdzdata.7z.001, psdzdata.7z.002..... do I need to combine these 7z files or do I leave them in their current form?

This worked fine for me. Now anything more than a brief button press and the mirrors fold. You literally only have to press the button for half a second to fold the mirrors. As said I could have set it to 0 to always fold.

Not a problem whilst car is under warranty, but I heard the folding mirror motor replacement was £400....Ouch!!!! I'd unplug the suckers

The sports dial come enabled on the pro nav only. But with coding these can be enabled on the standard screen too

Yes, the target selector is correct

The pszdata files need extracting. Have u done this?

Let me know if and how you get this to work.

I've tried it on several non-NAV F30's (both N20's and N55's) with no joy.

The screen displays, but the dials are dead (no data). I've only see the sports screen work on business nav equipped cars and that's because it's already enabled (no coding necessary).

Worked it out in the end.

Had a hairy moment when I hit the reload config default and ended up wiping out telephone/office from my iDrive menu!

So far I've coded:

- M Performance Logo
- Daylight Driving Lights (Gives me the ability to switch off the DRL), I did his as I was in the car for a while and it was just a waste having the DRL running.
- Digital Speedo (Displays MPH in the Centre Trip Computer)
- BMW Live - Switched on the feature but it just sits there telling me it's starting and does nothing.
- L7 Surround Config - Replaces the L7 ON/OFF with +5/-5 Slider, didn't seem to do anything.

What else you got planned? I'm trying to get the internet working, not much luck. Need to spend some time on it...

I think to activate Internet you need to set ONLINE_BROWSER = nur_bmw_intenrnet_aktiv, this is found in HU_CIB - 3003 TELEFON_TELEMATIK_ONLINE.

Not sure what i'll do next, the temptation to switch everything on is too much. Need to plan my next move!

Adjusting the boot to auto close via the key fob is great on the touring.

Do you have location for that change? Having to hold the button is a pain.
