No hate from here, buuut as usual I admit being a bitch towards one of my neighbors.

He brought home his brand spanking new 435i and since I was once again trying to install something on my own to my car, he parked next to me and was telling me all about how paying for an M is wasting money.

He was kind enough to explain how we have the same seats, same suspension, same exhaust and he his had a little less power, but more than enough anyway. And with his car, you can get the right transmission too.

We looked around his, I was very polite for once, he went into mine, I told him how to make the seat bigger, not so tight I mean, then I told him I need to go get milk and started my boy up.

He doesn't talk to me anymore. I think he realized they are not the same car after all.

I got invited to my kid's classmate's b-day party few yrs back. One Taekwondo master had an E430, and kept calling it "my AMG." I went out and saw the car. It was just a simple nice E430, but not an AMG. However, that dumbass kept calling it "AMG" because it had an AMG wheel.

My wife and I was busy laughing at him.

Im with you that I generally dont hate on anyone for having it. Its when they try to pass it off as the same thing that it becomes more of a nuissance.

No, I just didn't need to, he was crushed anyway. And after I started mine up and his ears were bleeding, I think he never will say to anyone again the systems are the same.

He doesn't greet me anymore. His wife laughed at him a few weeks later because "what on earth did you do? He's been talking about a dealer lying to him ever since"
