Downpipe Install Help
I recently purchased a Wagner downpipe for my 2013 328i and plan on installing it myself.
I've been searching around the internet and couldn't find a list of the tools I'll need for the removal of the stock downpipe and installation of the new downpipe on a 328i. That being said, can anyone tell me what tools I'll need and it'd be helpful if any of you could give me some tips on the installation. Also, do any of you reccomend using exhaust sealant for the downpipe to midpipe connection? I used exhaust sealant when I installed my exhuast a year ago and it's held up well since. PS: I have an AWE exhaust with the performance midpipe if that makes any difference. Thanks! |

Def follow that guide above, and get a new gasket for the turbo to downpipe connection. Never reuse the same gaskets and exhaust sealant is always a good idea to not have any leaks.

I put the downpipe on Saturday. I didn't buy a new gasket for the turbo to downpipe connection so what will happen?
