Critique 2014 335i M sport Order pretty please !

After months of trolling and looking at deals I finally put the order in I feel like I got a good deal on the sale price of the car but with a down payment of $2k plus another $1000 in incentives I was hoping for a lower monthly.

2014 335i Sedan
Alpine/Coral
M Sport
Premium
Technology
Cold Weather
HK Audio
Auto

Mileage: 10k /yr
MF: .00125
Residual: 61%

Sale Price: $51,900
Down Payment: -$2,000
USAA incentive -$ 500
Loyalty Incentive -$ 500

Monthly payment $699

Thoughts ?

The sale price with the options listed is solid. But the $699/mo payment seems way too high given the base MF.

How many year lease? Seems a bit high, given its a lease. I'm buying and financing 6yrs at 2.99 Apr. Monthly at $1k with dealer added insurance options, PPK, exhaust, spoiler, etc.

With that residual you should be financing $19,071 + interest. That works out to around $546 a month + sales tax. Granted sometimes options are amortized entirely/more heavily over the life of the lease rather than the entire life of the car, but still...

Keep in mind Im in Texas and leasing sucks here as we have to pay full tax....not use tax.
