+1 Can't agree more on the Coral red...I just wish I had found it before...it gives the interior so much character. And I put the red sportline mats in...sweeet.

Choosing a color of my 340i was very difficult because so many of the colors in M-sport guise look great. How can you go wrong?

Here's another thread to check out: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=949662
To be honest, I picked MG because none of the other colors appealed to me and a co worker has an Estoril Blue M Sport, so that was a no go. But, I love the look of MG now and it's relatively easy to keep clean. Here's mine: |

Mineral Grey is the color I picked too, and I really didn't see another color that made me reconsider. I like it the best of any grey BMW has offered on the 3 series.
Damn, these Mineral Grey cars with 400M wheels look so good I might have to swap mine out when it arrives.

JetBlack for a couple of reasons. #1-nothing beats a clean black car. #2- wife.com 'requested' it. lol. Had #2 not happened, I'd have gotten Imperial Blue, etc

The black you mentioned would of been my choice though I agree on the lines. Reason being nothing sexier than a clean black car at night especially and to me that grey is less sporty more elegant perhaps belongs on a Aston Martin. However our opinion are exactly that opinions. Live with your decision as long as you like it enjoy it.

You made the right choice...of course, it's totally subjective. But that's the same color I wanted (MG/Dakota Red) but St. Louis has this funny thing about selling pretty much just Black, White and Silver vehicles. Found this car up in Chicago but was moving fast on a deal locally so I settled for Silver/Black.
My first Silver car, out of like 15 cars, but I like it so far, early on. Would've loved MG/Red. |

Black looks great under showroom conditions and lighting, in real life, I agree with you, design lines get lost and it's incredibly difficult to keep clean. |

Black is a NIGHTMARE, but looks good when it's clean. I think you made the right choice OP.

MG was my first choice. It's looks good in most lighting and doesn't get as dirty as white or black. Plus it looks sporty! I'm also in California and love it here... Pics below of mine, enjoy!

I went MG and SB... which i think is a good combo also. but silver and black is ALWAYS nice. you can make an argument for any of the colors. White looks awesome, for someone else. I dont want it, but i think it looks awesome. EB looks awesome, might be a little flashy for me, but is an amazing color. even Red looks awesome, but i would never get it... black, silver, grey... im boring. but i appreciate all the other cool colors. EB is also pretty awesome. Maybe next time. |
