Disconnected battery- dashboard display missing

I disconnected the negative terminal from my battery today to install an intake, everything went smooth, intake runs great. But my clock and distance to empty disappeared from my dashboard.....any idea how to get those 2 things back?

Did you try pushing the BC button on the turn signal stalk?
