But I know they sometimes come with Pirelli P-Zero or Goodyears (not sure on model). It all depends on what batch they have. I know that the P-Zero's are the least likely though.

After owning Bridgestone Potenza S001 for 3 years (19K miles), these tires continue to provide exceptional grip. I don't mind the noise and harshness that others have reported.

RFTs or Deflatables -- an Old Argument
I have the Bridgestone Potenza S001s on my 435xi.
Generally, I'd say they are fine for 'normal', semi-aggressive driving. They might not be suitable for driving at 10-tenths on the Nurburgring, but that's probably irrelevant for 98% of BMW 3/4 Series owners. Contrary to what others may say, there are advantages to the Run-Flat Tires -- they don't go flat when you encounter minor road hazards like nails! That can be useful -- I took a small nail in my 35-series rears and was able to drive over 100km (stopping to re-inflate) and get home. With regular tires, I would have been stranded, waiting 24 hours for someone to show up with a replacement in that (rare) size and type. Chances are, you won't find it difficult to accept the OEM tire. |

Mpss overrated, the Bridgestone Potenza S001 hang with them in almost every category. Unless your a race car driver you'll never notice the difference

I agree. Personally I think the sidewalls are a bit too soft for my liking on the MPSS tires. I'm very happy with the runflats on the 340i vs my 335is. Much of this must be the suspension changes.
