So, a couple weeks later than estimated, I picked up my new 335d xM 'hearse' today. Outgoing was my F10 520dM, which at just 16 months old had 35k on the clock.

Dealer went the extra mile on collection with the car covered up on arrival. With the paperwork quickly sorted, it was into the car, got to say I'm over the moon. Love the engine (I can see the power becoming addictive ). It's clearly early days, but I think the adaptive suspension was a worthwhile addition too.....and once I got the faith in the ACC I love that too.

Full spec is:

F31 335d MSport+ xDrive.
Mineral Grey / Coral
Silver /gloss trim

Msport + pack
Visibility pack
Storage pack (pleased I added this so I can fold down the rear headrests)
Professional Media Pack -love the HK audio.

Folding Mirrors
Adaptive suspension
Active Cruise Control
Heated front seats
Heated steering wheel
Electric deployed tow bar
Boot mat (thrown in for free)

Very pleased with the Coral leather, really lifts the interior.

A few iPhone pics, will get some better ones, once I've had it detailed in a week or too.

Since these, I've already debadged the xDrive badge, not sure on the '335d' or wing '///M's, but have left on for the time being.

Gorgeous, very nice and good colours.

Just wait until you sneak out for a night time drive to check those lights out

Lovely mate, ACC is epic, as I realised today when I had a 116 with just cruise and brake, I really missed it - oh and the HUD, moreso because I could not find a point with the steering wheel where I could see the clocks and the bottom display together without moving my head....

So I did just that last night, the adaptive lights are amazing - visibility was superb and not one person was dazzled

Excellent, they are one of the best non engine / drive train features of the car.

They will be loads of people that don't even try them or leave them on all the time.

I have had mine on constant for every night time drive.

Oooo I see you're an essex resident as well maybe? What dealer did you buy from? I've had dealings with coopers chelmsford and stoner Harold wood but brought mine from park lane ISSD!

Beautiful colour love it.

Sytner Harold Wood - Steve Impey.

3rd car I've bought from him there, brilliant service.
Had a nice surprise too, as the car was delayed a little, they gave me the boot mat and the finance quote had been amended for the lower (5.4% apr) so my monthlies were £15 lower - every little helps
(Was originally told that the lower apr attracted less capital support from BMW, so not worth changing).

Completely agree, do you know if you can code them to be automatically on all the time?

Yes you can. You can also set a speed at which they engage.

What does the storage pack give? I can fold the headrests on my F31 too but I didn't order a storage pack. Can you fold them down electrically from the drivers' seat? Mine are manual.

I'm glad I picked Coral, even the lab can't spoil it. Being able to open / close the tailgate electrically from afar is good for him too.

Lovely car. Enjoy.

Won't be long now with all the money you save on the reduced monthlies that you'll be looking at ACS springs

New grills

Diffusers

The list goes on .......

It is a brilliant car. Enjoy !!!!

Usually means you can fold all the headrests not just the middle, and a cubby by the drivers knee - though if you have ACC, LDW etc its replaced by a blanking panel for the switches anyway (wish I'd known that!)

That's spot on, good man. I have spoken to him, I brought my 1 series from them in 2013 but due to being close to Bmw group I got my 330d from park lane, get it services at Harold wood though!

Always good to shout about good dealer experiences as we shout very loud when there is a bad one!

May see you on the road!

Yes I noticed that skyjawa . I have the Collision avoidance buttons there and the rest are blanked.

I don't think the folding headrests are standard now Ian, so for a few more cubby a around the car and (manually) folding headrests it made sense to add the pack. Maybe it has changed since you got yours?
