great I was going to suggest some of that glaze you put on old headlights to make them clear again but I guess GoofOff works best

Hey, sorry about the painting. I got all my tires slashed and marker on hood with offensive ethic background message, couple of days ago. Getting camera before the tires. Anybody has hardwired the dash cam directly to fuse box with 24/7 12 volt electricity, so that it works non stop? Also, anyone knows if F30 has some type of battery leakage protection that would interfere with this idea?

Will a claybar work? Claybars remove overspray, but I'm not sure about that much overspray... It may be worth a shot!

And fuck punks who vandalize other people's properties.

It may but really just use goof off or buff it... either way spray paint always comes off... I had it on my volvo for three years (by choice, it said eurotrash and was an 850 wagon) and I buffed it all off in an hour... Though you could still see it because paint fade but that almost made it look cooler, Hah.

To the OP... don't get down, if you've gathered haters your doing something right.

I hope not. Everyone seems nice and that'b be the worst. Got a parking spot at one of the neighbor"s driveways couple of days ago. Piece of mind.

A garage is a better investment and will protect the car more effectively than a camera will.

Be realistic. Do you really that folks who vandalize cars have something you can sue them for if you camera did catch them, that is assuming they don't notice it first and spray the lens before they do the car?

That's a nationality not an ethnicity, but I empathize nonetheless. As far as I know there are only three human races on the planet: Caucasian, Mongolian and Negroid.

I don't know much about Aussie culture, but if it's like many places outside the US, folks harbor nationality-based prejudices rather than racial/ethnic biases. For example, historically, a Greek didn't give damn whether Turk was black, white or something in between; being a Turk was enough to engender disdain. See what running off with the king's wife will do for a culture, thousands of years of hatred.
