Apple watch, iPhone, and BMW
OK im being really lazy and could Google it.. But thought you guys would probably beat me to the answer...
IPhone 6s/apple watch 2 and the car. Getting a new watch from santa👍 but have a slight doubt it won't play happily in the car, currently take calls through the Bluetooth in the car (standard not enhanced) but if I throw the watch into the mix, will it confuse things, it would I need to unpair the watch every time I get in the car. Cheers buddy, do you have the regular car Bluetooth (not the enhanced one) I just thought an incoming call might ring on the watch rather than the car, if that makes sense

Bmw is fine. As said earlier, both will ring.
If you answer via idrive, it goes to that. If you press green answer button then it goes to apple watch. Other brands are different. We have accord insitu and that car plays sometime. Most of the time it works fine but sometime I find that iphone has kept the connection with the apple watch but did not connect to car BT.

No real issues here either. Only thing is If you use the watch to dial, it will use the watch speaker but still mute the audio, which is a bit odd. I also use Spotify, and it can Bluetooth that whilst staying connected to the watch/ being able to receive calls as normal.

I have an iPhone 6 and Apple Watch 1. No issues with standard bluetooth on a MY17 car or with EBT on my previous MY14 car.
Incidentally, my wife also has a Series 1 watch but with an iPone 6s and all works fine fir her also. Likewise, no issues for either of us in her MY15 Mini Cooper with standard Bluetooth...
