$1250 under invoice for 320i good deal?

Bimmer virgin here.......coming from S2000/Evo

Getting old so I just want a nice car for my commute.

Looking for a commuter car for my 3 hour daily commute (estimate 30-50% is bumper to bumper)

Looking for something quiet and smooth with good gas mileage. Currently drive a 98 tacoma that is starting to ask for major maintenance

My dealer is offering the following for $1250 under invoice

320i
Sport
Lighting
Driver Assist
Moonroof
Power and Heated seats

Is this a good deal? And should I be worried about the 2016 refresh?

Thoughts?

Other cars I am considering are Jetta Sportwagen TDI or a 328i (open to further suggestions)

Thanks for looking

31,900 was my cash vehicle price for ED (not including TTL). MSRP was 36,600 for below specs:

MY15 320i w/ sports pkg, light pkg, and alarm.

Doesn't ED make the car very cheap tho (comparatively)

I thought I remember reading ED cars get a really low price.

Yes, ED cars do get a really low price, i forgot how much exactly but i want to say ~7% off msrp? maybe im wrong about that number so dont quote me on it.

but if you do ED, you HAVE to pick it up in germany. so if the OP cant go, then that option is not good.

Does it have read fold down seats? I wasn't overly concerned with the MY16 Refresh.

We love our 320i w/ similar options.

Unfortunately, rear fold down seats does not come in standard.. I did not get it as an option. I like my current MY15 build very much
