So this seems odd. Or maybe I missed a step.

2015 328i with Lux package, so I have the folding mirrors & comfort access.

Did what I thought would be proper procedure for coding auto fold/unfold with lock/unlock of key fob. Here is what I got.

When mirrors are folded in, they will unfold upon unlock press of key fob. Fine.

When I press lock on key fob, or press and hold, they do not fold in. If I lock with comfort access, they do not fold in. If I press and hold comfort access, they do. That seems odd to me.

Although it's kind of nice I suppose, because I can choose if I want them to fold in or not, and always unfold. But I'm pretty sure that's not how they're supposed to work?

I’m no expert but have you still got the lock delay set on 3 or 5 seconds

You either need to have it at ‘no delay’ or just 0.5 sec

I don't recall even seeing anything with regards to a lock delay. Maybe I'll have to go back in and take a look around.

Ok, so I found that setting and changed it to 0.

So now, when I use CA, as soon as I touch the door handle to lock, mirrors fold in. So no more delay. Which is fine.

They still don't fold when I use my FOB, though. Guess I have to keep digging.

There are several FDL coding to do in order to fold the mirrors with key fob or Confort access.
