Is my wastegate mechanical?

Folks, I presume my wastegate below is the mechanical version, judging by the actuator arm?

Mechanic Wastegates have a Diaphragm that is actuated by a vacuum source:

They're all mechanical. The actuator may be either electrical or vacuum.
