JB4 n20/26 EWG map 2 misfires

I am running jb4 map 2 with downpipe and intake. 0-70 is perfect but after that I start to get misfires and a big reduction in boost. What could be the issue??

Maybe you need to change your spark plugs? How many miles does the car have? when was the last time you changed the spark plugs?

misfires

The car has 10,500 miles on it but the engine was replaced at 7500 after I managed to throw a rod. So 3,000 on this engine cant imagine I would need new spark plugs. Also as far as posting the logs I cant seem to get it to connect to the interface. Everytime I try to connect it with correct port number and all the correct steps followed it shows up (FailedCom#4). I then tried com 1-9 and nothing worked. what could be wrong there?
