Cant' end calls

Sometimes when I enter my car and the phone connects to bluetooth, or if I use the voice to text button on my iphone, the car shows that I am on a call with my own phone number and there is no way to end the call. I usually have to dial a number and then hang up to get the car to recognize the ended call. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem
Would be nice to have a resolution
I have had the whole system reset all the time and rebooting itself problems
The dealer just did a software update ;the actual note is "programmed the vehicle for the outdated I level " whatever that means
Hopefully that fixes it

The issue is an app on your phone holding a 'call' open, not the car. The car thinks there's a call because something running on the phone is telling the car there's a call active but it can't end it because it's not actually a call. Go through the running apps on your phone and end ones like skype or any other VOIP/calling type apps.

I have encountered this as well. Restarting my phone makes the problem go away for a while (several weeks). Somewhat annoying. Have not been able to locate a better solution after several Internet searches.

I find if I disable Bluetooth on the phone, the call is released. But as soon as I re-enable Bluetooth, the call picks up again.

I am running an up-to-date CIC system in a 2013 F30. My phone is iPhone 6 Plus with latest updates.

Exactly, you need to find the app that's running that's causing it. On my phone it's the O2 Tu app (UK mobile phone provider's app).
