Air-con (randomly)blowing cold

Bizarrely this very day I got the exact same problem as the OP. A little trip to the stealer beckons methinks. ....

mine does this ! set it to 21 and 5 miles in to a journey mylegs are burning !!

Ive been to BMW time and time again about this as mine was coming out so cold, it started to cause a lot of vapour coming out of my drivers side vents.

Needless to say they gave it the old 'Well its not doing it for us, looks fine' so i gave up in the end. Using 'Auto' setting has cured it but manual i get it on most trips.

Getting the exact same problem in my 2013 F30.

I drove over 220 miles and had the temperature set to 20c. Two or three times during my journey the aircon come on full blast (So much so there is condensation on the Windscreen) for around 5 minutes.

Booking it in soon at my local garage for an update, will let you know how I get on.
