coding alarm confirmation sound

can anyone confirm that on f30/f32 the only value to code alarm sound when activated/deactivated is
HU_CIC 3000 ACOUSTICAL_LOCK_CONFIRM that Adds iDrive setting to turn on/off the audible confirmation when Alarm is armed.

i read about possibility to change from ECE/USA sound where i can found the code?? i serach everywhere

Also, does it change the confirmation sound?

Only learnt this could be coded a week or so ago and now learn there's a choice of sound!??

I know that in iDrive (at least on my F34) you can turn acoustical confirmation sound on and off. I did not know that is was possible to change the tone. When I took delivery of my E92 M3 at BMW Welt the confirmation sound was turned off. At the dealer in Switzerland I asked why the cars there did not have a confirmations sound. The response was a shocked look and "das ist verboten"

If you do not have an alarm system, the acoustic lock/unlock confirmation signal will not work.

The option appear after coding... but...

Hi guys,

I just wanted to activate the Feature but I couldn‘t find it in HU_CIC / 3000

My Car was delivered without Alarm but I installed the official Alarm-Upgrade from BMW for the f30 (Alarm Works).

There are Many „unused“ folders in the HU_CIC but no „Acoustical Lock Confirm“

Any ideas?

No u have to add 302 to VO then code head unit. Plenty of threads here show u how to add to VO n code.
