Maybe I can see that via E-SYS or Ediabas prgs?
You can read all your FSC Codes with E-Sys:

E-Sys => Comfort Mode => FSC => Check FSC Status

In the Log Window, it will show all of your FSC Codes, and for the DE FSC Code, you will be looking for AppID 222:

----------
AppID 222
UpgradeIndex 1
SWTType SWTclassic full
FSCStatus accepted
FSCCertStatus accepted
----------

What was your method of "returning it to the default state"? Did you hit the "Code Default Values" button?

Tell me the name of your Kombi CAFD file now?

Hello,

I read some topics on this forum for a some weeks and I want to start coding on my 118d F20.
Can I have links for E-Sys 3.18 and for 3.22.5 too (with Token buy link) ? I will try first one before buying token for the other.

Thanks

The file name is CAFD_000009C8_005_000_030.ncd

I tried to load it by adding a new file (from back up original). Then FDL Code it. I tried also Code default.

I thought right lets try as your mentioned after adding SPBR and VO CODE the entire car and return to default.

Non of the methods work :-(

Don't ever hit the "Code Default Values" button. Fair warning.

If you VO Coded the entire SVT, and the errors are still there, then you need to try and clear them with Tool32.

Do all of you CAFD's look normal?

Do you have any that are showing to be renamed like CAFD_FFFFFFFF_255_255_255?

None of them are like that and all seems normal. just to clarify the complete svt vo coding.
Do i need to load all the cafd files then right the SVT with vin number and then code.
Or no need to reload all the CAFD files?

Just load and activate factory original VO, then highlight VIN in SVT, right-click on VIN and select Code.

Thanks. Will try that later.
First without the SPBR and then with, if that makes any difference.
i dont see how coding can screw up the fuel system and drivetrain.

Oh well, it did not work - took it down to services and did a diagnositic. They said it could be the fuel pressure sensor causing the fault in the drivetrain and fuel supply warning. Waiting for a part to come in. I asked whether they were certain - 50% chance based on their diagnostic.

So I could have been unlucky that the coding time and the parts failure happened during the precise time i coded??!!! Strange.

I did not say too much (about my coding) and just let them sort it out under warranty - it has been only 1 month since i got the new car.

BMW said it was the fuel pressure sensor and changed it. Warning light is off and they will test the car tomorrow morning. They asked if my VO came with sports brakes...sure i said. Hope they coded it with the latest info.

Do you know, what applications match following FSC codes I found in my NBT along with AppID 222(0xDE)?

AppID 158(0x9E)
AppID 160(0xA0)
AppID 111(0x6F)
AppID 159(0x9F)
AppID 156(0x9C)
AppID 169(0xA9)

And one more question.
Will the internet work if I did not change VIN in NBT and did not install p-n-p Navi Activator? I added 609, 6NK, 614, 615, 616 options, VO coded the NBT and then FDL coded Online_browser=aktiv?

AppID 158(0x9E) = Voice Control
AppID 160(0xA0) = Navigation
AppID 111(0x6F) = Sat Radio
AppID 159(0x9F) = Text To Speech
AppID 156(0x9C) = BMW Apps
AppID 169(0xA9) = Road Map EUROPE Next

I have no idea on the Internet. It is hard enough to get it working with matching VIN's, so I am not going to speculate on it where a VIN mismatch exists.

Is there a way to gain access to the feed of the front facing camera from the rearview mirror?

Would make for a perfect drivecam without additional installation.

Shawn. Just to let you know the car is back from BMW aftet the intake manifold pressure sensor repair. The car now has more pick up and go plus....the performance brakes are amazing to say the least. After i entered the SPBR in the VO i think they updated the entire car. Either that or the test driver really broke the brakes in good. Back to coding again tonight and bieng careful not to hit the default code.

Do you see the SPBR under after market parts?

Also the why have they backed the Integration Step version? Is it normal?

Do you notice the different CAFD versions after taking it in ? What did they do? Update to latest?
Left was how it was when I got the car, on the right was today.
