Hmm... talked to CS again this morning. No confirmation on handing it over to the carrier which they had indicated would be 7/5. Still showing in their system estimated to delivery of 7/8, but that seems doubtful. Looks like I get to ride the uncertainty train all week.

Stopped at dealer this evening to drop off MPExhaust. Looked up car status and showed it as on a truck as of today (released to carrier on 7/7). Estimated dealer arrival of 7/11. They thought it might arrive early, and they also thought that even with a 7/11 arrival that they'd be ready for delivery on the afternoon of 7/12. Hope they are right!

May the carrier have clear roadways and a quick trip to your dealer. As it only took three days to go from Georgia to West Texas, I hope that they can do the same for your car.

It's here!!! Got a call from my CA yesterday that the car came in on the truck. BUT they might be overloaded on deliveries for Saturday so he didn't sound confident they were going to squeeze me in. He didn't say no, and I did tell him we sold my other car so we are short one... so . They did have enough time in the schedule for the accessories install and detailing/prep so that wasn't an issue. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon will be the day. Just super glad the car is here. Absolutely can't wait! Very excited.

Why did you not do the port install for the MPE?

I'm sure it is a good reason. I have this on my build.

Ran out of money at the time. I ended up getting an MPE from a forum member for a price I couldn't pass up, so I had that installed. Sounds very good overall. Haven't been able to roll my windows down because of fresh tint, but should be able to do so tomorrow.

Plan to post pictures later tonight. I picked the car up with 4 miles on it, and have about 70 on it today. Very interesting comparing it to other cars I've owned. There is definitely something a little funky about the electric steering, but it is something I can adjust to. I can also feel that the suspension is a little more compliant because there is a little bit of extra yaw that occurs under certain conditions when hitting bumps. That said the car's performance is impressive. I ran my usual 50 mile loop of tight curves etc and my speeds were comfortably higher than with other vehicles. Barely felt like any effort to run the car through them. Very enjoyable to drive, comfortable, and quite fast. It seems like there is no "wrong" gear anywhere on the car. At crazy low RPM's it has enough torque to pull easily regardless. Was really surprised to be in 6th gear at 40 mph and still feel a solid pull.

Car looks stunning in the estoril blue with my gloss black grills and spoiler. Very pleased with it's presence, very eye catching. Turned a guy on a motorcycle around when he passed so he could see what I was driving.
