Attached is a partial ordering guide my CA gave me. Also in conversation he more or less confirmed the pricing as it appears in BMWConfig.com. We're finally getting somewhere. (Hope I figured out the upload OK.)

The full order guide has been out a few weeks now. A few of us have already placed orders. According to my CA, their first allocation went into production this week... the day before I ordered!
