New F30's arrive in SoCal!!!

Saw my first F30's today arrive in Thousand Oaks, California......!!!

Thoughts.

Exterior................

Sport- Wow!
Modern- Wow!
Luxury- Not so wow...

Interior......

Sport/Modern/Lux..............WOW!!!!!!

I cannot believe the attention to detail these F30's have. The quality is AMAZING.

Interior fit & finish is first rate- even besting Audi.......

Exterior of the Sport is aggressive yet classy at the same time and the LED Corona's are HOT!.............

Modern exterior also very good.

Luxury in Imperial blue not so much- really doesn't seem to fit the character of the car. Perhaps in Black with 19's it would look better.

Sport interior is extremely sporty- the red accents and total black interior really pops although it is borderline claustrophobic.

Oyster from modern was nice but the shade is a little dull compared to Veneto beige and wasn't what I expected.

Luxury interior in Veneto beige was amazing- matte finish trim is great and everything is first rate.

So to summarize the whole experience............

THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST BMW IN YEARS!!!!!!!

Can you talk more in depth about why you didn't like the luxury line?

The interior was fine but the exterior did not really suit the character of the car- at least not in Imperial Blue with those wheels.

Perhaps another color like Black or White would work- especially with the 19's.

The Lux interior was the best however....

Sorry to pester, but why didn't the exterior suit the character of the car? The wheels you mean? Or something else?

So Imp Blue doesn't go with multi-spoke 18's. Got it. Oookaaayyy.

I personally think that Imperial with the 18 makes the car very classy!

it's been traditionally for BMW 3 series Lux/premium car to have multi-spoke...
look back at the E90, E46, E36 and even E30...

... we will see a lot of those in the streets tho...
because BMW is making a big push on red sport line cars
and blue luxury line cars...

modern lines tends to get the gray or brown color

I'm being a jagoff here because I ordered the Luxury Line in Black Saphire. I think they look great together.

Sorry to hijack your thread, nice pics and info.

From sunny California to the not so sunny Netherlands. I was at my dealer this morning and I took a few pics, those wheels, yech

The F30 is 'just as big' as the E90, give or take a few centimetres, I like that!
But take a look at that 'baby' 1 series next to the F30 , it looks HUGE compared to a F30. Like a SUV almost, LOL:

Looks very big indeed! And my god a little more sportiness of the F30 headlights would have looked good on the F20...

I think it's more the Blue than the wheels.

What color interior did you opt for?
