With my setup there is no rub at all! I've carried up to 7 people and still no rub (5 are girls so I guess 100lbs each). I'm sure you could prob go wider than what I did.

so im guessing my 20x10.5 +27s off of my old car arent going to fit x)

whats the widest wheel/tire combo possible lowered on hr super sports?

Im currently using 8,5*20 ET35 with 245/35-20 Falken f453 tires on my F31 and had no issues , will try to fit 10*20 ET39 with 265/30-20 rear . but i don`t know if it will fit..
and during the winter her in Norway im using OEM M sport 19" with Nokian R 235/40-19
