Becker Performance Catback Exhaust

Has anyone ever heard of or used the F30 335i Becker Performance Catback system? I know its on the lesser priced side but I was considering it for my car since most of the systems out there are well over 1k.

I would spend the $181.99 more to get a Borla Atak.

I have an AWE, but I've heard good things about the Borla.

+1 for Borla, I have an S-type cat-back sitting in my garage awaiting install.

The only thing to keep in mind about Borla is that it's most likely a 4-6 week wait for them to build it, unless the vendor has it in stock.

For most of us a catless dp does the trick. No real performance gains from the exhaust...Spend the money on BBK or on coilovers.

I was kinda thinking the same thing after reading your comment. It makes sense as these cars, at least the 335 comes with a fairly large diameter pipe for exhaust. I may just fab up a custom muffler system and utilize the slip on system since I have MPE and resonator delete but would like the sound a bit more aggressive. DP is next.

Should I just leave the MPE and not straight pipe the exhaust if I run a catted DP?

If I were you, I'd run a catless DP, stock midpipe with resonator and the MPE. You can probably pick up somebody's stock midpipe cheap. Most peeps just throw them out and sell the axleback.

I was wise. I still have my stock resonator in case I ever wanted to put it back in.
