Op read about the Evolution Racewerks intercooler. It is the best one in my opinion. Designed and made in the US, top notch quality and IAT results are impressive + it is offered at a very reasonable price.

I had the wagner competition fmic. I switched over to the Ambient Thermal Management fmic and the ATM fmic is clearly better. Flows as good and far better cooling. I am using it with stage2 turbo and it really keeps IAT cool!

I have forge motorsport fmic on my f30 335i xDrive. Bolt-on installation. Much better than stock

The forge fmic has a lot of pressure drop. But it has decent cooling though. However it means your turbo needs to work harder to make the same boost.

IMO there are better fmics available on the market!
