Hi all, I'm strongly considering getting the dinantronics tune for my f30. I know that some BMW dealerships are also authorized Dinan retailers, though in the Bay Area it seems only BMW of Fremont is officially listed as a Dinan retailer.

My usual service dealer is BMW of SF - wondering if anyone has had Dinan accessories installed at BMW of SF, or had a car with dinan accessories installed and serviced at BMW of SF? Are they dinan-mod friendly?

Dinan is coming to BMW SF soon. Spoke to the GSM and they are working on it. BMW SF doesn't care about mods, unless they directly cause issues with your vehicle.

Oh that's awesome!! Do you know approximately how soon? If it's in the next couple months then I could just get my dinantronics installed there too instead of going elsewhere.

Do you have mods now and still bring your car in there for service?

To be honest I don't have an ETA. But I know it's coming.

I don't have mods, but I do service my car here. Speaking with some techs and SA's, they will never intentionally point anything out unless it's the root of the problem.

Jorma is my SA and a damn good one.

I just talked to my service advisor and she said they've just became a Dinan authorized dealer just this past week. I checked on the Dinan website and BMW of SF is now also listed there too.

However, my rep told me that they don't have the Dinan logins yet so they can't access all the pricing information yet. Probably by next week.

My rep is Tuongvi and she's super awesome as well.
