I got LM60's too and also went with a square setup on the 18" M5 reps.

Bananachipz, what colour did you get yours in? Gunmetal?

hey did you get the 18" m5 reps from the same place you got the Lm60s?? I'm looking for the same setup but I'd like to get them from one shop with the tires already mounted.

Wow, this thread is rather contentious. I was hoping to get a thread filled with good information on winter tires.……

Anyway, living in NJ, I don't get nearly as much snow as the lot of you who live north of me. And, when it does show (like it is right now), I just don't drive the car, unless I absolutely have to. I'm much more interested in buying a tire that will perform well in cold and very slightly wet fall/winter conditions. I think a stock, staggered setup on my stock M-sport wheels will do just fine.

Having said that, can someone recommend a winter tire that will work well here? I presume a winter performance tire will be preferable over a winder performance tire, no?

I've added my setup in a few threads ... but here it is on the car (as I seemed to be the target of a lot of "discussion"/"debate" within this thread regarding my proposed 19" staggered setup).

What I like best about the setup is that it doesn't look like a winter setup (i.e. big, bulky, ugly treads sticking out). LM-60's give the car an almost non-winter look. Plus, the 19's don't hurt.

225 Fronts x 19 x 8.5 x 35+ET, 255 Rears x 19 x 9.5 x 38+ET
Rims are ZCP M3 Replica Competition Rims
Rubber Blizzack LM-60s

Got the rubber at Automotive Import Market (AIM) in Markham (best prices in the GTA). Ask for Steve (he really helped me out).

495 Denison Street
Markham, Ontario, L3R 1B8

Tel: 905-477-1771
Toll Free: 1-866-633-0999

Bought the wheels online:
PYSpeed
www.pyspeed.com/
Ask for bobby.

AIM can order you rims as well, but these wheels are hard to find.
