I store favorite audio stations (satellite radio) in the favorites list so I can easily pull them up later. I noticed that every couple days or so the favorite list I store gets erased on its own. I've only noticed the audio favorites get erased. All other car settings remain (i.e. shortcut keys, seat memory, etc.). I am the only driver and use the same key. Anyone else have this problem?

Car is a new 2014 328 that I just picked up a couple weeks ago.

I had a similar problem on my 2014 F31. For some reason after two months of ownership it worked itself out and now will store radio presets. I understand from another member it is an issue specific to the 2014's. Going to have dealer look at it this week and I will post an update.

It also happens to the 2013 F30. Drives me crazy.

My initial issue is that sat radio presets could not be stored at all. Then I got a Sirius update and it worked until I shut the car off (that one time only) and then back to the same problem.

A few weeks back it suddenly worked and consistently holds presets. I don't think that BMW can 'push' updates to the vehicle so I am not sure at all why this is.

I may have run into favorites not saving, but it was momentary - I just excited back out to the main menu and went back in and it stored fine. But, it's really frustrating with the favorites resetting every now and then. I have to remember to write all my stations down somewhere so I can resave them each time it's deleted... sigh.

Ok. Had the dealer look at this today. I was reluctant to have them do anything as it actually works consistently now. They scanned for codes and nothing came up. For my vehicle I wonder if it was a Sirius update that finally made the difference??

Great, thanks for reporting. I suspected that these are issues that are hard to pull up, so if I experience it again I'll see if I can get my dealer to check it out. Between me and my gf's car (also a F30 328), we seem to run into little "glitches" like this a lot.

Great, this just happened now - my satellite radio is completely reset. I am stuck on channel 184 and can't switch channels, and favorites are gone again. sigh. I didn't make any changes before this happened.

It's really weird. One day the presets will say unassigned and then the next, all of my presets show up properly. Go figure. Happen twice.

Same here, and I can't figure out any pattern or if it's related to what I'm changing on the radio or not....
