Very true, but what Subaru, Lexus, Honda, Mazda and Toyota DON'T offer is a F31 Touring. I'll be sporting BMW's shade of blue on one of those...

I think all of the colours are the run of the mill type of colours every brand is using. Mojave is the only one that's not normal. You look at the luxury brands or the domestic vehicles and they all have greys, black, white, red, and dark blue. Estoril will be nice because it is fresh and different.
I wish they'd throw in a british racing green like you used to be able to get on the 5 series back in the day. Isn't north american not getting the wagon? |

I really dislike all the colors. They all stink. I wish BMW had Mineral Silver.
If I'd had to pick one, it might be Estoril II Blue. But screw paying over $3000 just for that color. Not my idea of money well spent. |

Hmm Mineral Silver? That sounds neat... You might want to look at Glacier Silver as it looks very nice...

Melbourne Red because it has a good medium red color and then, when the sun hits it right, it has an amazing dark orange look to it as well.

BMW colors are uninspiring, to say the least.
Lexus has some great colors, like Noble Spinel Mica and Matador Red Mica. One of our posters painted his older M3 with it and wow! I wish I could find that pic. |

I'm sorry but that looks just like the dark red that GM uses across most of it's lines. In the Detroit area, that color is very common.

I always loved Black on Black on BMWs, but the Estoril Blue II Metallic with M package and the Mineral White man they look good!
At this point I would say the best combination ever for the new 3 series is... MW with red seats... I just don't have to balls to order it as it shines too much but... the MW color looks amazing. |

Yes! British Racing Green with a light tan interior would be great! BMW had a very similar colour a few years back ( I don't recall the BMW name, though). |

Melbourne Red
Hi! New here, but since I ordered Melbourne Red - that has to be the winner for me.
I really like the mineral white and glacier silver though, too. Having had 2 black cars, I have to say that they're awesome when they're clean...it's just tough keeping them clean enough!!! |

My uncle had a 528i in British Racing Green with a tan interior. I loved that car, it looked so classy. Nowadays you'll only get a colour like that in a SUV or if you spring for a Porsche.

Clearly there are three award-worthy colours for the F30:
1.) Estoril Blue II 2.) Mineral White 3.) Melbourne Red I've placed them in order for now... Let's see who's worthy of the top position after a few more posts...

Havanna, the name used in Europe for Mojave; and I cannot agree more that it looks very different in the light and dark.
