Exactly 27 days from the time the BMWNA tracking website said my car was "en route" to the day I picked it up at my dealership in SoCal.

Patience my friend….

Call BMW NA (1-800-831-1117) and give them you production number. They should be able to give you the name of the ship it's on and a more detailed status update than the website provides (don't bother with the automated service, talk to a live person).

Once you have the name of the ship (if it's not already in a VPC), you can track it on marinetraffic.com

Your CA should be able to provide this info as well.

Your car was probably on the WW Tosca, the same ship as mine. It left Bremerhaven on 1/14 and arrived at the port of NJ yesterday. If all goes well, I'm hoping to take delivery next Friday.
EDIT: Meant to add that the website still shows my car as "En Route" even though it arrived yesterday. The site is definitely a day or two behind.
