Carbon fiber mirror caps

Hi guys, I want to purchase carbon fiber mirror caps that are easy to install, good fit and somewhere around $100-$150. Don't want stick on's and don't want to pay dealer $600+ for them...thanks

I paid $600 installed from Stealership but I wanted to make sure of 100% color and weave pattern compatibility with my Carbon Fiber front splitter

I went with autotecknic. No issues perfect plug and play install. Look oem. No difference in pattern compared to oem c/f lip spoiler

Do you notice any water getting in? Don't want the wires damaged. You have the link for them? Thanks

"Hi I want OEM quality and to keep my warranty in tact but love buying cheap ebay crap."

Just buy the OEM ones.

If you want the fit and finish of oem ones and dont want to worry about "water getting in" just buy the oem ones. Whats the big deal? Gotta pay to play

http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...ght=mirror+cap for thread regarding autotechnic CF mirror caps with pictures. These are the ones I have.

These install a tad different then the OEM ones, where you have to break tabs which makes it more difficult to put back on the OEM caps that came with the car. With autotechnic caps you don't need to break any tabs which makes it easier to revert back to your original caps.
