Warranty coverage

hey does anyone know what does the new car limited warranty cover? for example does it cover to fix wheel bearing?

technically, you should not pay because you are under warranty and your issue with the wheel bearing is being what ??.

But the dealer may charge if nothing is found. Better to go back to dealer where you bought it as they may be a bit easier to deal with.

I had mine (wheel bearing) replaced due to corrosion as it was making a clicking noise whenever I turned the steering wheel and it's under warranty and there is a Service Bulletin for the issue.

If you have the same issue as me, then the SIB # is 310112. Talk to your Service Advisor and see.

A worn out wheel bearing is usually pretty obvious. That being said, run flats tend to be very noisy when they are worn out. Either way, I know my dealer doesn't charge me for such requests. Its not like I like wasting my time at the dealer for no reason.
