Coding A/C

Hey there, I've noticed something in A/C probably everyone here noticed as well. when A/C is on auto mode and set around 18-20 celsius the fan increases automatically above 50km/h and decreases again when car slows down to 20km/h

this is bad thing when cruising in town because I have to slow down for curbs and slow fan isn't doing anything even if I set it very high.

anyone have an idea how to stop that decrease ?!
