I have been in the fence about color and 435 vs 335. I found one a MG/CR 335i Msport 10k miles. I attached a pic with list of options and car. It is listed at 43k i know its neg. i want to make an offer just not sure how much. What do you think? Do the back seats look like the leather is loose.

If it's CPO elite then I'd say 40k. My rear seats looked like that so I wouldn't stop that from buying it. The thing with buying cars is that people get too caught up in the best deals. Offer what YOU think is a fair deal for you, be happy if you close it and never look back. Someone will always get a better deal, just get the one that you're happy with.

Leather is always going to get loose. I would buy the leatherette it looks great.

Why elite? It seems to me the regular CPO program is the better deal since you have coverage to 100k??

This one is not CPO. It only has the regular 50k mile warranty.

Sorry if i missed something, but what year was this car again?

2014 - It's a great deal as-is. Anything else you take off makes this an amazing deal

2013 - Drop maybe 3k to make this a great deal.

2012 - Drop it by 10k.. CPO should go for around 35k

The calipers i believe were red.

That's because CPO Elite is reserved for low mileage vehicles. So--would you rather have a 2-3 year old CPO with $30,000, but 6/100 from original inservice date? Or a CPO Elite which is 1-2 years old, with less than 15,000 mi, but 5/75 coverage? You can't pick and choose CPO vs CPO Elite--it depends on the car's milage and age.
