Going from E82M to F30- need advice.

Hi guys!

Im about to sell my E82 BMW 123d m sport coupe- and go for a BMW F30 320i.

Im just wondering if you got any experience of what equipment i MUST have, and whats not that important?

- Im looking to buy a m3 body design kit for the car, are there any available yet?

- Xenon/LED, is this the same?

Buy an F80 M3?

Well.. With the taxes for that here in norway- i can never afford that.. The 320i nevertheless- is something i can afford

A few things:

M body kit - Get the M package. It's the most cost effective way to get an M looking car. Otherwise, buy the M car.

Xenon/LED - F30 doesn't currently offer LED, so it's Halogen versus Xenon. I would highly recommend Xenon's, but try driving with both at night to make that decision.

Get the Diesel if you're not getting the 335i, the 320i leaves a lot to be desired IMO. X-drive too since you guys get oodles of snow.

I would say option 704 sport suspension, staggered tires with 255 rear width, sports seats, and 8spd sport automatic or 6MT manual gearbox are the key options across all the F30 models

I think Xenon is 'good enough' and LED will look different and maybe a bit whiter light. I would spend money on other options rather than going to the LED.

You should get the Xenon at least in order to get the 'angel eye' daytime running lights.

What about the iDrive? Is that something that can easily be aftermarket installed? I have noticed that dynavin makes a cheap upgrade for the one who hasnt iDrive Pro..
