I did give him a call Saturday and it's looking like mid December for me. That's about 12 weeks from the day I ordered.

Sounds about right. Mid Dec delivery for you, probably means I'll get mine towards the end of Dec. Here's to arriving a few days sooner!!

Let's see.... I ordered late Sept for October production, so about12-14 weeks if, given mine arrives at December end.

The wait is painful, and I keep adding in various M Performance Parts through the Port-installed program to customize my future ride.

Let's keep tabs on Sincerity Ace and see how it progresses. Last I checked, we were approaching Spain.....

I'm leasing. I hope the Dec programs are more attractive. However, I'm pretty satisfied with my deal. BTW, my CA told me 11 December is the east coast arrival. I believe he said Baltimore but I'm not certain of that.

I think the Dec program is favorable, more holiday cash - $1,250, though 39 mo term and lower residual.

That's great! Dec. 26th was my ETA.

I'm going to talk to my CA tomorrow and see if it works out better for me. I believe he told me my ETA to dealership is 18 December. I sure hope so. I move on 2 January lol.

Ah! Is your dealership (and where you live) far from the port?

Thankfully, the west coast port - Hueneme is about 30-40 mins from my dealership. Kind of lucked out there.

Sorry, guys luckily, I live in South Africa, In July this year I placed an order on a Tuesday after hours, on the Wednesday morning the sales lady phoned me for what I thought was to draw up an offer to purchase instead she had sourced a 335i to my spec and it would be at the dealership by Thursday morning, I landed up collecting the car on the Saturday, so mine took about 4 days from order.

But hang in there the wait is almost over.

These damn lazy ass strikers have gone too far, BMW wanted to expand the factory but has now decided to go elsewhere in Africa I just hope they don't close down the factory as it could be a possibility if they carry on with their non-sense

Been out of the country and just returned. Dealer is now advising that revised ETA to port at Beyonne, NJ is Dec 11th and then it should be at the dealership within 7 business days.

I was checking the status of the ship (Onyx Ace) that the car was loaded on and it has departed Baltimore,MD and is enroute to Cartegena, Colombia.

No one at BMW is able to confirm if car was offloaded in Baltimore and will be transported to NY or if car was transferred to another ship when docked at Bremerhaven.

Just a waiting game now until 11DEC for another update.

For those following this thread just wanted to update I will be picking up my car tomorrow after a 120 day wait ( 3 months 28 days ) from order being placed. Will post pics when able.

I tried my best to keep a timeline and varied ETAs given for others in the same boat (no pun intended) as I was for South Africa build. Hope for no more strikes in South Africa which led to an approx 1-1.5 month delay on my car.
